- Push Piers — dig until footing is reached; install pier bracket against wall, pier sleeve and starter pier until stabilizing pressure is acquired; refill hole with dirt, secure bracket with screws, cover with dirt (2 piers)
- Brick Replacement & Re-Tuckpointing — grind out failed mortar, remove and replace split/sheared bricks (~15–25 bricks), re-tuckpoint joints with color-matched mortar
- Window Frame Caulking — caulk window frame (1)

Terms & Conditions
Scope: Structural foundation repair — installation of 2 push piers; brick and mortar repair (grind out failed mortar, remove and replace split/sheared bricks ~15–25, re-tuckpoint joints with color-matched mortar); and caulking of 1 window frame.
Notes: Jobsite will be left clean once completed. Only 10 percent lift will be attempted when lifting and securing beams. Contractor is not responsible for damage caused inside the home while repairing the foundation.
Warranty: 2 year lift · stabilization guaranteed · 12 months workmanship · lifetime stabilization guarantee on push piers.
Validity: valid until September 14, 2026.
